Welcome.
You're not alone.
I know what it’s like when unwanted feelings—like anxiety, hurt, anger, or shame—replace joy at church and begin to fracture faith-centered families.

My story spans generations of spiritual wounds—but Jesus Christ is helping my family heal.

Whether you're an individual, a church leader, or a family member trying to understand someone’s experience—I'm so glad you're here.

Resources
Here are some of my favorite resources for creating healthy faith cultures at home and at church.
My dream is a community of diverse voices committed to ending coercion.
This powerful analogy illustrates the difference between nurturing inward faith and pressuring for outward displays.
Support for healing
If I could go back, I’d sit with my younger self and love her
through the pain of coercion during a difficult faith transition in high school. I’d stay by her side through the triggers she faced at church as an adult,
and through the fragments of guilt, fear, and shame she carried
while living her faith, serving at church, and mentoring her teens' faith.
These are the stories I share here.
I hope the support you find feels like a friend.
